Less repetitive work, clearer customer journeys

We build AI agents, automations, websites and custom tools that take routine work off your team and make it easier for customers to get what they need.

  1. AI agents

Assistants that answer, qualify and hand over to a person when they should.

    About AI agents

    Problems it addresses

    • Your team answers the same questions about hours, prices, availability and orders all day.
    • Enquiries arrive outside working hours and wait until someone is back.
    • Useful details (name, need, timing) are missing when a person finally picks up the conversation.
    • Customers write in Arabic and English, and replies are inconsistent between the two.

    Typical deliverables

    • A conversation design: what the assistant handles, what it never answers, and when it hands over.
    • A knowledge base from your approved content, kept separate so you can update it.
    • The assistant connected to your channel (website chat, WhatsApp Business or similar).
    • Hand-over to a person with the conversation summary attached.
    • A test set of real questions, reviewed with you before launch.
    • A short guide for your team on reviewing conversations and updating answers.
  2. Business automation

Workflows that capture, route and follow up on their own, with a clear record.

    About Business automation

    Problems it addresses

    • Enquiries arrive from forms, email and chat, and no one owns the follow-up.
    • The same data is typed into a spreadsheet, a CRM and an invoice.
    • Reports are rebuilt by hand every week from several tools.
    • Reminders and follow-ups depend on someone remembering.

    Typical deliverables

    • A map of the current process and the agreed automated version.
    • Working workflows in a platform suited to you (for example n8n or Make), documented step by step.
    • Error alerts, so a failed step is noticed rather than silently lost.
    • A simple log or dashboard of what ran and when.
    • A hand-over session and written notes so your team can make small changes.
  3. Websites and landing pages

Fast, clear sites in Arabic and English that turn visits into conversations.

    About Websites and landing pages

    Problems it addresses

    • The current site is slow, outdated or hard to update.
    • The Arabic version reads like a translation, or the layout breaks right-to-left.
    • A campaign needs a focused page, and the main site cannot provide it.
    • Form submissions land in an inbox nobody checks.

    Typical deliverables

    • Page structure and copy guidance based on what visitors need to decide.
    • A responsive design in Arabic and English, built on accessible components.
    • A fast build with basic search-engine setup (titles, descriptions, language alternates, sitemap).
    • Forms connected to email, a spreadsheet or your CRM.
    • Privacy-friendly analytics if you want them.
    • Hand-over notes on how to update content.
  4. Custom tools and integrations

Small purpose-built tools and integrations that fill the gap and stay maintainable.

    About Custom tools and integrations

    Problems it addresses

    • A critical process lives in a spreadsheet that only one person understands.
    • Two systems you rely on do not share data.
    • Customers or staff need a simple tool (a calculator, a status page, an intake form) that no product offers.

    Typical deliverables

    • A short specification agreed before building: users, data, screens, limits.
    • The tool or integration, deployed on infrastructure you own.
    • Sign-in and permissions where needed.
    • Documentation and access handed over to you.

What do you need?

How we work

From first conversation to support

Small, visible steps. You see working pieces early and decide what comes next.

  1. Discover

We look at how the work happens today, where it gets stuck and what a good result would look like for you.

  2. Define

We agree what to build first, what is out of scope, and how we will both know it works.

  3. Build and test

Short iterations using real examples from your business. You see working pieces early.

  4. Launch and support

We go live with a clear hand-over, then adjust as real use shows what to improve.

Questions

Yes. We write, design and test in both, including right-to-left layouts and replies that read naturally in each language.

It depends on scope, so there are no fixed packages. After a first conversation we send a written scope and price for the first piece of work.

Usually, yes. We prefer to build on what you have. If a tool cannot be connected, we will explain the options before suggesting a change.

You do. Accounts are set up in your name where possible, and we hand over access and documentation at the end of the work.

Everything is documented and runs on accounts you own, so another developer can pick it up. We agree availability and response expectations in writing before starting.

Have a process that needs untangling?

Tell us what is slowing you down. We will reply with honest next steps, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
